What You Need To Join
We only work with verified, insured scaffolding companies. Here's what we need from you.
Public Liability Insurance
Minimum £5 million cover. We verify this before you go live and monitor expiry dates.
Employer's Liability Insurance
Required by law if you have employees. Must be current and valid.
CISRS Cards
Your operatives must hold valid CISRS cards (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme).
NASC Membership (Preferred)
Not mandatory, but NASC members get a verified badge that boosts your ranking and customer trust.
Bank Account or Stripe Account
For receiving payouts. We use Stripe Connect — setup takes a few minutes.
Common Questions
How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. There are no sign-up fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no hidden charges. We take a small commission (10–15%) on completed jobs only. You only pay when you get paid.
How do I set my prices?
You enter your pricing matrix in your dashboard — base prices for each building type, scaffold configuration, number of lifts, and extras. When a customer in your area gets a quote, your price is calculated automatically from your matrix.
When do I get paid?
Customers pay upfront into escrow when they book. Once they confirm the scaffold has been erected (or after 48 hours auto-confirmation), payment is released to your account within 3–5 working days.
What if a customer cancels?
If they cancel within 48 hours of the erection date, you receive 25% of the job value as compensation for the reserved slot. If they cancel earlier, the booking is simply removed from your schedule.
Can I turn off jobs when I'm busy?
Absolutely. You control your availability calendar and can set maximum concurrent jobs. You only receive bookings when you have capacity.
Do I need to quote every job?
No. For standard jobs that fit your pricing matrix, quotes are generated automatically — you don't need to do anything. For custom or complex jobs, you'll receive a notification and can choose to submit a manual quote within 24 hours.
